Fill out the application with a few details about your design projects.

DISCOVERY CALL

After we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll schedule a brief call, so we can clear up any questions and schedule your design day. You’ll receive a list of things we need from you such as copy, photography, login credentials, and existing branding.

YOUR DESIGN DAY

It’s time to design! You’ll get us to yourself for an entire 8 hour day. We’ll have check-ins and communication throughout the day to gather feedback and make any necessary revisions.

DELIVER

Once we have everything finalized, you’ll receive your print ready files delivered via Dropbox and website updates will be tested and made live.

You’ll receive a summary of everything we worked on and an entire week of email support (revisions not included).

You’ll receive attention to detail and quality work in just a single day!

We’ll help you clear your plate, of all those miscellaneous design projects and website updates that’ve been put on the back burner so you can get back to running your business.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY DESIGN DAY?

After our kick off call, you’ll receive a list of items we need from you to complete your projects. We’ll set up a Dropbox folder for you to provide any copy, images, content, and files.

WHEN CAN I GET STARTED?

Once we have your project in the schedule, your deposit is received, and the requested content is provided, we’ll get started on your projects. Please be available throughout the day for check-ins and design approvals.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes! A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due the day before your design day.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME?

Before scheduling your design day, we’ll create a list of projects that can realistically be accomplished in the booked time frame. However, sometimes projects can take longer, and additional hours may be purchased separately.

WHAT DOES SUPPORT LOOK LIKE?

We’re available for any questions you may have about the work completed, how to use your files or use your website for up to a week after your projects are completed.

WHAT CAN'T BE ACCOMPLISHED DURING DESIGNER FOR A DAY?
